Cancellation

The Subscription may be cancelled at any time by following the cancellation procedure available on the Website.
Cancellation does not entitle the User to any refund for the period already paid; however, the User will retain access to the content and services until the natural expiry of the purchased subscription period. At expiry, the subscription will not be renewed.

Refund Policy

In accordance with Regulation 28(1)(m) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, no refunds are provided for subscriptions or digital products purchased, even in the event of non-use or partial use by the User.
Payment grants the User the right to access the content for the full duration of the purchased subscription period, regardless of actual usage.
The only exception concerns billing errors attributable to the Provider, in which case a full refund will be made using the same payment method employed.
Any refund requests not compliant with the above will be deemed invalid.

Right to Cancel

Pursuant to Regulations 29–38 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers have the right to cancel within fourteen (14) days of purchasing digital products, without providing any reason and without incurring additional costs.
This right does not apply, in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(m) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where:

• the User has begun to access or consume the digital content; or
• the User has expressly consented to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledged the consequent loss of the right to cancel.
