By using the services provided by PTDJA LIMITED ("us", "we", or "our") through the website www.petetong-djacademy.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before accessing or using the Service. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Purchases
If you choose to purchase any product or service available through the Service ("Purchase"), you will be required to provide specific payment information, including but not limited to:
Credit card number, expiration date, and billing address.
Authorization for us to share this information with third parties to process your payment.
By completing a Purchase, you warrant that:
You have the legal right to use any payment method supplied.

Payment Plans: If you opt for the "Pay in 3" facility, it will be subject to PayPal’s Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. Installments and Subscription Terms
2.1 Course Installments
By choosing to pay for a course in installments, you agree to purchase a single course, which will be granted as a perpetual license upon full payment. Installment payments:
Are strictly non-refundable.
Must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to pay will immediately suspend access to the course until outstanding payments are settled.
2.2 Campus Subscription
The campus subscription is separate from course purchases and provides access to additional features, including community participation and supplementary resources.
The first year is free.
Payment obligations start from the second year.
The subscription can be canceled at any time but is non-refundable.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

3. Installment Terms
If you choose to pay via monthly installments, the following apply:
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
We do not store credit card details.
Payments will be automatically charged each month on the same date as the first payment.
Under no circumstances will we change the amount after the first payment.
You can verify all payments through your monthly credit card statements.

4. Refunds
Single Payment Refunds
Refunds for single-payment course purchases are only available under these conditions:
Advanced Course: Refund available after completing Chapter 3 but only if Chapter 4 has not been started. Request between 2-3 months from purchase.
Full Course: Refund available after completing Chapter 4 but only if Chapter 5 has not been started. Request between 3-4 months from purchase.
No refunds will be processed if the next chapter has started or if the request is outside the given timeframe.
Installment Payments
Installment payments are strictly non-refundable. Once initiated, they cannot be paused, stopped, or refunded.
As a consumer, you retain all rights provided under Legislative Decree 6.9.2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code).

5. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
We update our product offerings regularly, but errors may occur. We do not guarantee accuracy and may correct errors or inaccuracies at any time without notice.

6. Contests and Promotions
Promotions offered through the Service may be governed by additional rules. If there is a conflict between the promotion rules and these Terms, the promotion rules prevail.

7. Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
