1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the 'Agreement') govern your access to and use of our services, including our online courses, live Q&A sessions, digital campus, and all associated resources (the 'Services'). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms set forth below. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Services.

‍• 'User': Any individual or entity who accesses or uses our Services.
• 'Services': Includes all educational courses, resources, live sessions, mentoring, Q&A sessions, Talent Pool®, and any other materials provided through Pete Tong DJ Academy.
• 'Subscription': Recurring payments made by the User to access the Services, available on a monthly or annual basis.
• 'Content': All materials provided as part of the Services, including videos, documents, templates, music production tools, and other educational resources.
• 'Account': The unique profile and credentials associated with the User for accessing the Services.

‍3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
‍3.1 Available Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription plans:
• ONE Plan: Access to 1 course, 1 tutoring session/month, 1 live Q&A session/month, 1 official diploma, weekly resources, full campus access, and Talent Pool® access.
• PRO Plan: Access to 2 courses, 2 tutoring sessions/month, 2 live Q&A sessions/month, 2 official diplomas, weekly resources, full campus access, and 3 Talent Pool® entries.
• ELITE Plan: Access to 3 courses, 3 tutoring sessions/month, 3 live Q&A sessions/month, 3 official diplomas, weekly resources, full campus access, 4 Talent Pool® entries, exclusive masterclasses with renowned producers, and advanced tutorials.

3.2 Subscription Activation
To activate your subscription, you must complete the registration process, provide valid payment information, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Once activated, you will have access to the courses and content included in your chosen plan.

3.3 Payment and Billing
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other supported payment methods.
• Billing Cycle: Billing for subscriptions will occur either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Payment is processed upfront at the time of subscription activation.
• Taxes: All fees are inclusive of taxes, but applicable taxes (such as VAT) will be added based on your country of residence and local tax laws.

3.4 Changes in Pricing
We reserve the right to change the pricing of our subscription plans at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you via email and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

‍4. User Registration and Account
‍4.1 Account Creation
To access our Services, you must create an account with Pete Tong DJ Academy. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, email address, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you believe your account has been compromised or if there is any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify us.

‍5. Accessing Services
‍5.1 Access to Content
Once you have subscribed and your payment is processed, you will receive access to the course materials, live sessions, and other resources available through your selected subscription plan. The access to these materials will be provided on a continuous basis, unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Restrictions on Use
You may access the Services only for personal, non-commercial use. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works of any Content provided through the Services without prior written consent from Pete Tong DJ Academy.

‍6. Cancellation, Suspension, and Refunds
‍6.1 Right to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, simply access the 'Account Settings' section on the platform and follow the cancellation instructions. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the Services until that time.

6.2 Refunds
Refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle after payment has been processed. However, in the case of technical issues with accessing the Services or errors on our part, we may offer a partial or full refund, at our sole discretion. For refunds related to early cancellation, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

6.3 Service Interruptions
Pete Tong DJ Academy makes every effort to ensure the availability of the Services. However, we are not liable for any interruptions in service caused by technical issues, maintenance, or events outside of our control.

‍7. User Conduct and Responsibilities
‍7.1 Acceptable Use
As a User, you agree to use the Services only for lawful and authorized purposes. You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Uploading, sharing, or distributing content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Impersonating any other person or entity.
- Attempting to interfere with the operation of the Services or attempting unauthorized access to any of our systems.

- Engage in fraudulent activity, including using false identities or payment details.

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under this Agreement if the failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or technical failures.

‍11. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
‍We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of the Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.

‍12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.

12.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Rome, Italy.
